Mara Herschbach - Ottobock OTS Product Selection Tool

This is a web-based interactive tool I designed and coded that allows sales reps to dial in a customer’s product selection based on extremity, indication, basic features, and/or reimbursement code. The tool incorporates links to electronic marketing literature for easy viewing and quick access to place an immediate order with customer service. Rep can use it in the field when discussing product choices with customers or as a training tool for understanding product positioning better.

First step is to select the extremity tab at the top of the tool

Next, use the filters to narrow down product selections that fit the desired criteria. The form at the bottom can be filled out and emailed to a customer service representative for addition information.
